Rifki Auliya, S.H., M.H is the Founder and Managing Partner of RA& Associates which was founded in 2019 and will be actively operating in 2023. Currently, it is one of the leading law offices in Indonesia. We often handle important cases in Indonesia, especially domestic litigation matters. As an advocate, Rifki Auliya has extensive dispute resolution experience in his career. He has represented multinational companies in complex domestic and cross-border negotiations, mediation, and litigation. Rifki Auliya also advises national entities on administrative and commercial dispute resolution matters. Known as one of the most influential litigators in Indonesia, he is also a young entrepreneur. Rifki graduated from the Faculty of Law, Dirgantara Marshal Suryadharma University (Bachelor of Law/Bachelor of Law) in 2020. Next was Jakarta in 2023 and obtained a Masters in Corruption Criminal Law in Jakarta in 2023. As a graduate who is an expert in the field of eradicating criminal acts of corruption, domestically he is also a a young figure in the organization who has integrity and commitment. Rifki is a member of the North Jakarta Peradi DPC. He also serves as a member of the Indonesian Young Entrepreneurs Association for the DKI Jakarta region for the period 2024-2027. Currently he serves as General Treasurer of the Indigenous Indonesian Entrepreneurs Association in the East Jakarta region. Rifki was once a member of the Pancasila youth in the West Jakarta region. Apart from his professional life, Rifki is a constitutional fighter to uphold fair laws.
